We have worked on numerous projects for SECaM and various research departments within the University, the most recent being the new School Website and Content Management Systems. The website now receives over a million hits per month, and is easily updated by university staff without the need for indepth knowledge of HTML.

We have a solid working relationship with the school - even writing and lecturing part of the BSc Computer Science 2nd year course! We continually redevelop the school's intranet (which was built from the ground up), including features such as Integrated User Authentication, TimeSheeting systems, User Profile Management, Postgraduate Tracking, Finance Management and Prediction, Room and Telephone Allocation, Module and Programme management systems and much more!

Quest - The Great Outdoors

Providers of bespoke team building exercises, UK challenge training and corporate team events

IT has enabled Quest to offer remote working to it's staff - Virtual Private Network (VPN) technology allows people to work from anywhere in the country. Quest staff often connect via mobile phone whilst away on events, or connect from home through their normal broadband provider. Over 50% of Quest's workforce currently work from home.

Internal communication has been enhanced through the use of Voice over IP (VoIP) technology, allowing staff to phone each other for free.

A new online booking system has dramatically reduced the paperwork and time spent by staff organising bookings for their events - the fully web-based system provides at-a-glance dashboards and statistics, and exports data directly into excel and EMIT.

Southernhay Chambers

Legal Services, specialising in family law, personal injury, housing and employment law

Installation of a new computer network from scratch has enabled all of chambers staff to connect to the internet and to check their email from anywhere in the building. A secure WiFi network allows wireless connectivity usage across 2 floors, whilst network points installed throughout the offices allow fast direct access to network services.

Printing is a fundamental service for Southernhay Chambers - new networked printers allows chambers staff to print to a pool of laser and inkjet printers wherever they are.
